Mindful Music Meditation

This next meditation is centered around one of my favorite pieces of music — On The Nature of Daylight by Max Richter. It’s a piece I return to time and time again because it never fails to transport me — to draw me into the melody and carry me away on the strings of the violins.

As you listen, I invite you to simply be with the music — to let it move through you and bring you into this present moment.

Small steps as we move through October 🍂

The temperature has been dropping these past few days. Yesterday, I took Sunny Day for a mid-morning walk and we found SNOW ⛄️ ❄️. There is something comforting about being able to cuddle up in a warm sweater and enjoy the afternoon sun. Have you been participating in the 30-Days of Self-Care? How is it going?
