 An arthroscopy pump is a device used during joint surgeries to control the flow of fluid into the joint area. This helps improve visibility and maintain space within the joint for better surgical precision.

The temperature has been dropping these past few days. Yesterday, I took Sunny Day for a mid-morning walk and we found SNOW ⛄️ ❄️. There’s a line from The Office when Andy says, ‘I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good old days before you’ve actually left them.’

That’s been resonating with me so much lately — especially with my Oscar starting grade 12. I always thought there was so much time, and suddenly, I’m wondering where it all went.

I came across this quote from Rumi that feels like an answer:

‘Try not to resist the changes that come your way.

Instead let life live through you.

And do not worry that your life is turning upside down.

I wanted send you a virtual hug for doing your best. Is it perfect? No, of course not; it never is. Remember, one little step is better than no step at all on your journey to self-care

A new month always feels like a fresh beginning, and I’m so glad you’re here for it. Whether September brings you back-to-school routines, the soft shift into fall, or simply a chance to reset, may it meet you with ease and inspiration. Let’s step into this month together with open hearts and gentle intention. How are you feeling? 💛
